盖板模具我们都了解,而且也知道其用处,生产不同的盖板需要的模具也不一样,而且要耐磨、耐高温、耐热、韧性也要好,采用国标材质,这样生产出来的比较好。

模具设计的时候要尺寸精确、表面光洁、结构合理、生产效率高、易于自动化、制造容易、寿命高,最主要的是成本低,那么我们在使用的时候如何增加使用寿命呢,首先要耐的住高温高强,防止模具损坏和变型,经得住冷热的交替,这些都会影响到制砖时候的尺寸；其次我们在生产模具的时候,要看模具的耐磨性和任性,工作的时候我们不可能一直更换模具,那样就导致了每天都在使用,表面产生很大的摩擦,很容易损坏模具,有些常承受较大的冲击负荷,从而导致脆性断裂,因此为防止盖板模具零件在工作时突然脆断,盖板模具要具有较高的强度和韧性.最后模具要在循环使用中不会导致疲劳断裂,不拉伸、弯曲。一般盖板模具的性能都是由强度、韧性、硬度、以及材料中夹杂物的含量来决定其好坏,我公司采用国标钢材,符合国家要求,而且全套设备都是采用优质钢质。
