准备水渠盖板模具一个，振动平台一台，混合好的混凝土适量。
Prepare a channel cover plate mold, a vibration platform, and a proper amount of mixed concrete.
将混合好的混凝土倒入水渠盖板塑料模具或者水渠盖板钢模具内，经振动平台振动30秒左右，去下置于阴凉避光的仓库之内。
Pour the mixed concrete into the plastic mold or steel mold of the channel cover plate, vibrate through the vibration platform for about 30 seconds, and put it in a cool and dark warehouse.
放置一定的时间大约24小时左右冬季一般放置2-3天。
It is generally placed for 2-3 days in winter for about 24 hours.
4、待混凝土凝固成型之后进行拆模或者脱模成型。
