Construction and installation of plastic inspection wells
1、塑料检查井的连接方式
1. Connection mode of plastic inspection wells
井座与井筒和埋地管道的连接,均采用橡胶圈柔性连接,以适应地面沉降。
The connection between well block and wellbore and buried pipeline is flexible connected by rubber ring to adapt to land subsidence.
2、开挖井坑与铺设基础
2. Open pit and paving foundation.
(1)井坑开挖应与管沟同时开挖,开挖时井座主管线应与管沟中管道在同一轴线。
(1) The pit excavation should be carried out simultaneously with the trench excavation, and the main shaft line should be in the same axis as the pipeline in the trench.
(2)井坑边坡应与管沟边坡一致。
(2) the pit slope should be consistent with the pipe slope.
(3)井坑底开挖净尺寸不应小于《建筑小区塑料排水检查井应用技术规程》(CECS227:2007)表中7.2.1的规定。
(3) The net size of pit bottom excavation shall not be less than that specified in Table 7.2.1 of the Technical Regulations for the Application of Plastic Drainage Inspection Wells in Construction Quarters (CECS227:2007).
(4)有沉泥室雨水检查井井坑应根据选用的规格局部开挖沉泥室深度。
(4) the pit of the rain water inspection well in the mud chamber should excavate the depth of the mud chamber locally according to the selected specifications.
(5)井坑开挖应根据选用的规格,考虑井座主管线偏置因素,偏置端的坑壁应与管端平齐。
(5) According to the selected specifications, the offset factor of the main shaft line should be taken into account, and the pit wall at the offset end should be even with the pipe end.
(6)检查井基础应根据当地地质勘察资料和回填土下曳力经计算确定,当无资料时,可按照《建筑小区塑料排水检查井应用技术规程》(CECS227:2007)图7.2.2执行。
(6) The foundation of the inspection well shall be determined by calculation on the basis of the local geological survey data and the drag force under the backfill. If there is no data, it may be carried out in accordance with Figure 7.2.2 of the Technical Regulations for the Application of Plastic Drainage Inspection Wells in Construction District (CECS227:2007).
3、检查井接管安装
3. Installation of inspection well nozzle
(1)检查井井座与管道连接安装顺序应先从接户管上游段起始安装,按照井-管-井顺序安装,逐渐向下游支管延伸。
(1) Inspection wellbore and pipeline connection installation sequence should start from the upper part of the connecting pipe installation, in accordance with the well-pipe-well sequence installation, gradually extending to the downstream branch pipe.
(2)井座接头与管道连接施工方法应与同类型接头的管道连接施工方法一致。
(2) The construction method of shaft joint and pipeline connection should be consistent with that of pipeline connection of the same type of joint.
(3)井座与汇入管、排水管连接需要变径,采用异径接头时,当汇入管管径小于井座接口管径时,应管顶平接;井座出管接口大于下游管道时,管道连接应管内底平接。
(3) When the diameter of the inlet pipe is less than the diameter of the wellbore joint, the top of the pipe should be connected horizontally; when the outlet pipe of the wellbore is larger than the downstream pipe, the pipe should be connected horizontally.
(4)马鞍接头的安装,应根据井筒尺寸和连接管道的直径采用专用工具在井壁上开孔,孔洞周围边缘应平整,安装马鞍接头不得倒坡。
(4) The installation of saddle joint should be based on the wellbore size and the diameter of connecting pipe with special tools in the wellbore hole, hole around the edge should be flat, installation of saddle joint shall not slope.
(5)在地下水位较高或雨季施工期间,在管道(含检查井)安装完成(但尚未进行灌水试验)时,应采取防止井体上浮的技术措施。
(5) Technical measures should be taken to prevent the wellbore from floating when the pipeline (including inspection wells) is installed (but no irrigation test has been carried out) during the construction period of high groundwater level or rainy season.
4、检查井井筒的安装
4. Installation of inspection wells.
(1)井筒的长度应为井座连接井筒的承口底部至设计地面的高度减去井筒顶至地面的距离。当地面或路面标高难以精确确定时,井筒长度可适当预留余量。
(1) The length of the wellbore shall be the height from the bottom of the bearing of the wellbore to the design surface, minus the distance from the top of the wellbore to the surface. When the elevation of the ground or road is difficult to determine accurately, the length of the shaft can be properly reserved.
(2)井筒插入井座应保持垂直,井筒插入时,不得使用重锤敲打,应采用专用的收紧工具。
(2) The wellbore should be inserted vertically into the wellbore. When the wellbore is inserted, the heavy hammer should not be used and special tightening tools should be used.
(3)井筒安装后,上口应做临时封堵。
